Nowadays, TISCO hot rolled stainless steel products are used to the liquid nitrogen thermostat storage tank of our country first internal extremely deep underground laboratory successfully. This is “Made in TISCO” assisted internal significant science item successfully again after assisting“artificial sun”.
This first phase of the project was put into use in 2010. After the second phase being built in 2014, underground laboratory available area increased from 4000m³ to 300,000m³, which supply area for bigger research. The liquid nitrogen thermostat storage tank as the one of the important devices can provide low temperature work environment and shield radiation for finder. The most difficult technology of the project is dealing with the effection of underground air humidity. The project has high requiry in stainless steel product purity, corrode resistance, and welding.
Now, TISCO hot rolled stainless steel products are used to construct China first extermely deep underground. This is the result which TISCO continue to promote high-quality transformation and development. In the future, TISCO will creat first-class innovation ecology and still develop with innovation. And contribute to national science and technology projects.
